The process of handling clients could be divided into two stages: the negotiation stage and the work stage

Negotiation Stage

In the negotiation stage, we gather detailed information about the project requirements as well as the client’s needs and style of work. Based on the information we receive, we establish mutually convenient terms of business. The following points are usually discussed during this stage:

  •   The client's general needs
  •   Clarification of the client's requirements, in the form of software requirements specification or a detailed description
  •   Architecture design, possible development of the test project, prototypes, and design samples
  •   Project planning and management - development of the technical specifications, a detailed project execution plan, and deciding on a method of delivering status reports
  •   Time and cost of services
  •   Contract details

When all the details of cooperation have been agreed upon and the contract is signed, the Work Stage begins. In this stage, the Project Manager (Team Leader) takes the lead in communicating with the client and managing the development team. All technical details are discussed and stipulated directly with the Project Manager. In close collaboration with the client, we set up an efficient work process, focusing on the following points:

Work Stage

When all the details of cooperation are agreed upon, and the contract is signed, the Work Stage starts. In this stage, the Project Manager (Team Leader) takes the lead in communicating with the Client and managing the development team. All technical details are discussed and agreed upon directly with the Project Manager. In close communication with the client, we set up an efficient work process, focusing on the following points:

  •   When forming the team, we ensure that all developers involved in the project are qualified for the project’s specific needs
  •   Close communication with the client in all development processes, using e-mail, Skype, and phone calls at times convenient for the client
  •   Efficient management using an appropriate tracking system
  •   Daily, weekly, and monthly work status reports
  •   Quality control and assurance
  •   Deployment on time

Yumasoft has a strict intellectual property policy. We guarantee the protection and security of your property rights and source code, whether it was received from our clients or developed in cooperation with us. All of our employees sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Thus any work that we deliver to our clients as well as any and all ideas and information contained therein are owned exclusively by the client in perpetuity.
