Overview
Our YumaSearch™ product is a user friendly software tool with multiple capabilities. The main feature is a multilevel concurrent search across various documents and files for necessary words, parts of words, sentences and symbols.

The prime version of this searching tool is Windows based and Macintosh version is available as a Beta. All common text editors including Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF files are native files allowing YumaSearch™ software to perform comprehensive and extremely quick productive searches based on user chosen criteria.

Most importantly it is impossible to change, alter or delete the data from source-files. Our software use is the most innovative analytical approach to working with data from personal or public files available to network user as a regular download.  

User guide:
YumaSearch™ architecture is very simple with sophisticated capabilities. Upon a simple user friendly install an open program displays the menu, and three main fields: User Criteria, Data Field and Results.
New Project:
By clicking the icon “Add file to project” in the “Solution explorer” window on the right user adds one or many different types of files for search. The query entered into the Search will become the user criteria for matching and in order to see the whole content of a file in the Results center field use “Open” icon or click it twice in the “Solution explorer” window to make file data from the newly created project to be displayed in the center as a tab.   
Setting up the terms of searching:
Every time when you click the icon “Add new search” on the left window, the new field for search will appear. It is possible to fill in the words or sentences in the field and press the Enter or click the “Search” icon in order to start searching process. Also if the checkbox will be marked for several search fields, the YumaSearch™ will search simultaneously several words or sentences filled in these search fields. By default the YumaSearch™ searches all words and sentences which fully or partly matched with words or sentences in the search fields. At that time YumaSearch™ is case insensitive. 
   
Advanced search options
It is possible to change the properties of each search field by clicking “Options” and choosing the necessary terms in the opened window:
1. Match case – the YumaSearch™ becomes case sensitive.
2. Match whole – the YumaSearch™ will search just words or sentences which are fully matched with words or sentences filled in the search fields.
3. Use Wildcards – it is possible to use wildcards:
* - any sequence of any symbols
? - any unknown symbol
Working with search results:
Upon submitted inquiry the program displays results in the Results center window, the user then may easily locate to further edit predefined searchable item in the new project and in the source file.
To see the place of searched word in the document, click the string in the Result list twice. In this case the document will be opened in the center as a tab showing the place where searched word is located. The word will be marked by color which can be chosen in the setting up search terms field at the left side.
Click the string in the Result list with right mouse button, choose “Open the source-file”, and the source-file will be opened, and so you’ll be able to see the location of the word or sentence from this string.

*In case of opening the source-file, it’s changing and saving are possible according to rules and licensing agreements of the opened file’s related text editor.

The newly derived project becomes a regular working file to be further saved as a separate document in whole or in parts and available for printing or faxing.
The text in the center can be copied in order to paste it into any other new document. Just select any text’s part in the tab, and click the right mouse button to open the menu. Then choose copy and paste it into any other file as usually. Also it is possible to choose in the same menu “print” in order to print the necessary part of text.

Please note that it is IMPOSSIBLE to change or delete the source file! The original source file integrity is NEVER jeopardized and/or overwritten by performing a search dissection of the contained data.

Safety
Operational use of the YumaSearch™ software tool is 100% proof, as it isn’t interacting with networks and/or Internet. It is as safe as the given user personal computing environment. There is no outgoing communications to either online, public places on the company’s network or other users.
It is an internal tooling facilitating the most unique and progressive data analysis of the user saved and/or downloaded files.
It is impossible to change or delete any data using the YumaSearch in the source-files. For instance, if you write something, edit or change anything else in the displayed document in the center field, and then save the YumaSearch project, the source-file will not be changed.

Password
If the files are secured with password, then in order to open them with YumaSearch™ it will be necessary to enter the password in order to unlock the document to be used.
And, by using YumaSearch™ it’s also possible to set up the password for the project. The password will then be requested every time upon the opening of the project.
